Voting is open to the general public. Participants may vote for their preferred nominees through the official voting platforms provided by Africa Golden Awards.

Free votes obtained through sign-ups via RentifyAll are valid and will be counted toward the overall vote tally. These votes contribute toward winning a category award and trophy only.

The Golden Grant is strictly awarded based on paid votes only. Free votes, including those obtained through RentifyAll sign-ups, will not be considered toward qualification for any Golden Grant rewards.

Africa Golden Awards reserves the right to verify all votes. Any fraudulent, automated, or suspicious voting activity may result in disqualification without notice.

To preserve the fairness and integrity of the awards, the following activities are treated as spam or fraudulent voting and may lead to votes being voided or the participant being disqualified:

• Multiple votes from the same IP or device in a short time
• Automated/bot voting or unusually fast vote submissions
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or suspicious networks
• Cookie or session manipulation (e.g., incognito, clearing cookies)
• Duplicate device fingerprints despite IP changes
• Unnatural voting spikes or irregular patterns
• Fake or bulk-created accounts (if login/email is required)
• Suspicious or inconsistent geographic voting activity

Africa Golden Awards reserves the right to extend the voting period at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of technical challenges, regional voting limitations, or any unforeseen circumstances.

All results announced by Africa Golden Awards are final. The organization reserves the right to audit and adjust results if discrepancies are identified.

Africa Golden Awards reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of any updates.
